8.5h minimum; all final year students attend a hospice.
Additional opportunities for attachments to a hospice during introduction to clinical practice phase (subgroup of students in Derby) and SSM placements in the final year.
Palliative care also covered as relevant to speciality attachments.
Also taught on introduction to foundation year programme.

Is palliative care examined in Finals exams or at other points in the course?
